About the role
Answering incoming calls and welcoming clients
Managing general correspondence and a central email inbox
Booking and setting up meetings
Supporting staff onboarding and day-to-day administration
Maintaining a tidy, well-presented office environment
About you
Positive attitude with a professional phone manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well organised with great attention to detail
Willing to learn and take initiative
Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
Comfortable using basic computer applications (Outlook, Word)
