Operational Support Specialist
The role of Operational Support Specialist involves providing expert coordination and administrative support for the plant and equipment division.
Main responsibilities include:
* Sourcing suppliers for vehicle and plant repairs
* Managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
* Processing and entering timesheets into operating systems
* Providing administrative support to projects for maintenance and servicing of plant
* Data entry to ensure accuracy and data integrity
* Maintaining data registers and providing daily/weekly and monthly reports
* Developing and maintaining internal process documentation
* General reception and administration duties including office maintenance
This role requires a results-driven team player with excellent administration skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
