About the role: We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, end-to-end programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing full lifecycle program delivery, from initiation through execution to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across multiple workstreams.
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure effective communication between teams.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor program performance, track progress against milestones, and report outcomes to leadership.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a
Program Manager
or in a similar leadership role.
Demonstrated success in
end-to-end program delivery
across complex initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Prior experience in telco industry will be beneficial.
Expertise in program governance, risk management, and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
