Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team at an aquatic leisure centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, in line with operational practices, contractual obligations, quality systems, legislative regulations, and industry guidelines.
This includes promoting a customer-centric approach to programs and services, establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The individual will collaborate with the Centre Manager to develop and manage the customer journey, focusing on growth, retention, and profitability through channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team to deliver a safe and patron-friendly environment always open for use.
2. Manage sales, retention, guest experience, customer service, and health and fitness programs.
3. Action patron feedback to improve perceptions and site operations.
4. Maintain the physical appearance and safety standards of the site, aiming for zero injuries.
5. Adhere to OH&S processes and legislative standards.
6. Support the Centre Manager in growing the membership base through lead generation and professional service.

Requirements
* Management experience
* Financial management, especially sales, growth, and retention of memberships
* Background in Learn to Swim programming
* Experience in member sales, retention, and operations
* HR management experience
* Working with Children (or equivalent)
* National Police Check
* Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificates
