In this role, you’ll be hands-on in the factory, producing high-quality staircases while helping shape the next generation of talent. What's involved - Manufacturing and assembling a wide range of traditional and custom staircases Mentoring and training apprentices and junior staff Quality control of own work Working within a team-focused environment What we're looking for: Completed apprenticeship in carpentry, joinery or demonstrated industry experience (essential) Current Australian driver's licence (essential) At least 2 years of industry experience (preferred) Why join us?
