Through partnerships with various Service Lines, the EPMO ensures that project outcomes meet the evolving needs of both internal and external clients.
By understanding the unique requirements of each area, the EPMO identifies and supports business improvement opportunities, positioning the organisation for enhanced efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction.About YouWorking as part of the Change Team, you would be responsible for communications services, specifically:Collaborate with the Change Team to develop a Communication Strategy and Communications Plan for impacted project initiatives.Effectively execute approved communication and engagement strategies.Provide advice on stakeholder engagement and communication risks.Build and maintain strategic relationships with business and project stakeholders, contractors and vendors.Plan and manage communication activities, events, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.Collaborate with internal communication specialists to identify comms needs and create relevant and engaging communications that align with non-project communication activities.Skills/Attributes RequiredProven experience in managing communications within a project delivery or similar environment, with successful people awareness, engagement and understanding of large-scale change.Good understanding and ability to collate, design and develop materials for a range of stakeholder audiences using digital communications channels and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Experience managing relationships with internal business stakeholders and external partners.Qualifications And Experience RequiredExperience as a Communications Specialist on projects or organisational changes to systems, processes, ways of working, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.A consultative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to tailor communications to suit the audience and message.Proficiency in communications tools/channels, including Outlook, Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Word, etc.Why BDO?Working for BDO you will be part of a growing and market leading professional services firm.
