Join the team at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort as our Lead Housekeeper and help us keep our piece of paradise pristine
What You Will Do
Obtain and act on daily housekeeping reports.
Service guest accommodation and public areas to the highest standards.
Oversee laundry operations—washing, drying, folding, and keeping our linen closet shipshape.
Coordinate with reception, return completed reports, and keep the team in the loop.
Support the Housekeeping Manager with training, inventory, and department meetings.
Ensure compliance with WHS and lost property procedures—safety and honesty are always in style.
Lead room inspections and regular staff training.
What You Will Bring
Resort or hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage, with a knack for leading teams.
A passion for guest service and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to motivate a team and keep the positive vibes flowing.
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
A sense of humour because every day is an adventure at Treasure Island.
