As a key member of our team, this role will focus on implementing effective strategies to reduce bad debt and enhance customer relationships. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of credit management principles and be skilled in resolving delinquent accounts through a customer-centric approach.
The successful candidate will:
* Develop and implement actionable plans for resolution of delinquent or irregular accounts
* Ensure targets, service level agreements (SLA's) and key performance indicators (KPI's) are met
* Maintain accurate records of all actions taken within business operations systems
This position requires a strong understanding of national debt collection guidelines and previous experience in a banking or customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
