GEM Switchboards is a locally owned and operated electrical manufacturing company. The GEM team have been producing quality, low voltage switchboards for over 60 years for the commercial, industrial and telecommunication sectors.

About the Role
GEM is looking for a motivated and reliable full-time Electrical Fitter to join our busy Workshop in West Gosford. You'll work as part of a skilled team, building high-quality electrical switchboards and control panels for a range of clients.
Qualifications & experience
* Electrical trade qualified (Fitter or Mechanic)
* Experience as an Electrical Trade Assembler
* Previous work in Electrical Switchboard Manufacturing
* Busbar experience (advantageous but not essential)
Tasks & responsibilities
* Interpret general arrangement drawings
* Interpret single line diagrams, wiring and control schematics
* Assembly, fit-out switchboards and control panels

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

* West Gosford NSW 2250: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
