You will be working across bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, and multi-room renovations, helping clients bring their vision to life from concept through to completion. While these are our core spaces, your creativity is not limited. We encourage fresh ideas across all areas of the home.
What you will be doing
- Take ownership of the full client journey, combining design expertise with sales confidence
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget
- Create inspiring and functional design concepts across bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, and full-home spaces
- Develop mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualisations that bring ideas to life
- Present designs with confidence and convert opportunities into sales
- Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth transition from concept to installation
- Source and specify tiles, fixtures, fittings, and finishes from our premium range
- Manage projects end to end with attention to detail
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first meeting through to aftercare
What we are looking for
- Qualification in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience, ideally in a showroom or retail-based environment
- Strong understanding of modern design trends and practical space planning
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident communicator who can build rapport and close sales
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
