**The Role**: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Mental Health Clinician to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing comprehensive mental health support to individuals in the Murrumbidgee area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling services to clients, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and effective coordination of services.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary.
- Offer ongoing support and advocacy to clients and their families, promoting their well-being and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- A recognized qualification in mental health or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Counseling).
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the appropriate professional body.
- Proven experience working in community mental health or a related setting.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Benefits**:
