Program Performance Project Manager
Drive client success and deliver innovative solutions as a Program Performance Project Manager. This role involves leading and managing both design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle
* Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting
* Build strong client partnerships and collaborate with regional leads and program directors to report on project progress and milestones
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a project management role
* Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities
* Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills
* Ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs)
* Confidence in reviewing and interpreting design documentation
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
