Our OTR Tyres are manufactured specifically to customer requirements selecting from BMSA's broad menu of technical capabilities to create a product with outstanding performance in multiple areas considering environmental, load & operating variables. Bridgestone tyres are supported by a range of products & services including iTrack tyre pressure & temperature monitoring as well as wheel/rim supply & repair.
We are currently seeking an effective Supply Chain Specialist to work at our Head Office in a state-of-the-art building in Sydney Olympic Park.
You will work with our Manager Supply Chain & Distribution & team to support our operations across Australia.

The Opportunity
* Permanent full-time role
* Coordinate processes within supply chain area
* Work closely with suppliers
* Work closely with our branches
* Work closely with shipping companies and customs agents
* Present regular updates on performance & issues
* Efficiently & accurately manage shipping documentation
* Develop, improve & maintain systems to support tracking of deliveries & supplier performance
* Provide business with up-to-date information (inventory, overdue deliveries, slow-moving inventory, etc)
* Solve supply chain issues with a proactive attitude
About You - Essential
* Knowledge of shipping regulations & import/export procedures (e.g. Incoterms)
* Experience with customs agents & freight forwarders
* Demonstrated understanding & experience with ERP systems (SAP)
* Strong MS Office skills with high level Excel ability & knowledge
* Ability to develop cross-functional relationships in a dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and business presentation skills
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with a focus on continuous improvement & driving innovation
* Strong attention to detail & problem-solving ability
* Current work rights in Australia
About You – Preferred
* Relevant qualifications in such as Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering
* Experience in SAP
