We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver high-quality services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders to attract and select employees who align with our values and possess the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key member of our recruitment team. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent to support our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and build relationships to secure the best candidates.
You will be hands-on in all aspects of recruitment, from initial sourcing to post-hire support. Your experience with Candidate Management Systems is essential, and working in a compliance-focused environment is highly desirable.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing demands, and maintain focus on quality, speed, and accuracy. You will also need to be skilled at building rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
In addition to operational recruitment responsibilities, you will also support the Senior Recruitment Officer in reporting, strategy delivery, and process improvement.
