Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Brisbane City, QLD, for a Graduate Accountant. The Graduate Accountant will assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, reconcile accounts, and provide administrative support to the finance and operations team. Additional responsibilities include assisting with data entry, budgeting, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role offers an opportunity to develop professional accounting skills while contributing to the success of a global leader in healthcare innovation.
Qualifications
* Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
* Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage data and prepare accurate financial reports
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
* Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply)
* Previous experience or internship within an accounting or finance role is desirable but not require
* Permanent residence / Australian citizenship status
