About the role
The role of Export Documentation Coordinator is responsible for the issuing of compliant and accurate export documentation including Australian Certificates of Origin, certified declarations of origin, ATA Carnets and other documentation authorised and issed by BNSW.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
* Processing of all export documentation as per international guidelines and standards
* Meeting client deadlines and ensuring quality work.
* Liaising with other areas of BNSW / BA to assist with the understanding of export documentation.
* Liaising with customs (both domestically and internationally) and other regulators bodies to overcome any difficulties, problem solving and to ensure the correct usage of certificates of origin, other documents and ATA Carnets.
* Helping clients and potential clients understand the process and benefits of obtaining a Carnet (via telephone, e-mail, meetings, etc)
* Assistance in helping to obtain new clients.
* Using CRM to record client contact and generate invoices.
* Supporting other issuing offices to ensure that export documents are delivered correctly.
* Other Ad Hoc Admin duties.
About you
The main requirement for this role is prior experience working in an Administration and/or Customer Service function with experience in Export Documentation.
Other key requirements of the role:
* Strong Computer Skills - Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint etc. as well as Database or CRM experience (particular program not important)
* Really strong attention to detail – Accuracy in role is vital
* Prior experience speaking too, and managing customers/clients and their expectations.
