As part of our expansion, we are excited to launch Mortgage Broking services as a new arm of our business, giving clients a holistic financial and lending solution under one roof.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy and dynamic firm where qualified leads will be provided to you to convert, and you will have access to a large client base through our accounting and advisory network.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with qualified leads provided by the firm and convert them into successful loan settlements.
* Provide tailored mortgage and finance solutions to clients across residential, investment, SMSF, Property Trust, and business/commercial lending.
* Work closely with our tax and accounting teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
* Manage the end-to-end loan process, including application, documentation, lender communication, and settlement.
* Stay up to date with lender policies, compliance requirements, and market trends.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
* Accredited Mortgage Broker with a valid Australian Credit Licence (ACL) or ability to be appointed as a Credit Representative under our panel.
* Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Broker.
* Strong knowledge of residential, investment, and commercial lending products.
* Experience working with Property Trusts, SMSF lending, and business clients will be highly regarded.
* Accreditation with AFG (Australian Finance Group) will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and client service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative professional services team.
* High level of attention to detail and compliance awareness.
