We are seeking a Trainee Customer Service Officer to complete a 12-month traineeship with our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional frontline experiences for current and new external customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Create friendly and efficient support of the internal team with a focus on operational support and service.
* Manage and prioritise multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide quality service and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Requirements
* Commitment to undertaking free formal training in a Certificate III in Business.
* Highly organised individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including first booster as required per NSW Public Health Order.
