Our client, based in central Subiaco, is an award-winning organisation within the mortgage broking industry specialising in aggregation services. The team offers five weeks of annual leave per year and bonuses such as additional superannuation contributions. Salary: The salary range for this role is $80k-100k inclusive, dependent on experience.

* Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Managing Petty Cash & Banking
* Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation
* Multifactor banking
* Internal & External Stakeholders Correspondence
* End-of-Month Reporting
* End-of-Month Journal Entries
* Intercompany Reconciliations
* Amortisation schedules
* Other Accounts Administrative tasks as directed by the Financial Controller
What you'll need to succeed
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with bookkeeping/end-to-end accounts experience. You will ideally have high volume transaction processing of AP/AR/Payroll knowledge. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure. Experience in MYOB AccountRight is essential. We are seeking someone who is a team player but can work autonomously and with minor supervision. You need to have good communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and willingness to hit the ground running in this busy role supporting management and the accounting department. An understanding of the mortgage industry or banking would be beneficial but not essential.
