Roster Pattern
Operates over two weeks: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday and Thursday. Shifts rotate between day and night patterns, with two weeks on day shift followed by two weeks on night shift. Typical shift times are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

About the Role
As a Process Technician within PSD, you'll be a key contributor to the manufacture and supply of plastic preforms and closures at our Eastern Creek site. Reporting to a Production Team Manager, you'll ensure the efficient operation of injection moulding machines and associated equipment, supporting performance across safety, quality, cost and productivity. This is a hands‐on technical role where you'll collaborate closely with production, maintenance, warehouse and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Be Doing
* Working safely and complying with safety, quality and organisational standards
* Setting up, operating and troubleshooting injection moulding and ancillary equipment
* Monitoring production quality and implementing corrective actions to minimise defects and waste
* Completing set‐ups, changeovers and quality control checks
* Ensuring equipment operates as intended and escalating issues when required
* Applying good manufacturing practices and housekeeping standards
* Using systems to investigate and resolve production issues autonomously
What We're Looking For
* Strong focus on safety and quality
* Experience in FMCG, packaging or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
* Injection moulding experience desirable
* Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic equipment
* Comfortable working on rotating day and night shifts
* Forklift licence desirable but not essential
