Join Our Cleaning Crew!
Based in Nightcliff, NT, you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres—providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope.
* Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces.
* Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
* Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks.
* Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support.
* Act as first contact for on-site queries and escalate urgent issues.
* Manage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock.
* Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Previous cleaning experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team
* Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)
* A smartphone for work communication.
* Valid working rights in Australia.
* Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential)
* Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
