Urban Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Urban Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex brownfield infrastructure projects. These projects involve non-standard, multidisciplinary works that require problem-solving skills.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to be a true engineer, applying real problem-solving skills to develop practical, creative solutions for complex urban environments.
* Lead and manage brownfield projects across design and delivery stages.
* Solve engineering challenges using sound judgment and practical design skills.
* Produce and review documentation using AutoCAD and 12D, particularly for stormwater and drainage.
* Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders, confidently managing technical discussions.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, high-quality project outcomes.
* Deliver non-standard, technically complex projects with a hands-on, proactive approach.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably with 4+ years' experience in civil engineering, including brownfield or urban infrastructure exposure. Strong AutoCAD and 12D capability, particularly in stormwater and drainage design, is also essential.
A collaborative and flexible approach, along with excellent communication skills, is necessary for this role. The ability to independently manage and deliver projects, as well as a practical problem-solving mindset, is also highly valued.
We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time, or job-share basis. Please let us know of your flexibility requirements.
