What's the role?
Based out of our Perth branch in Kewdale, as a Customer Service Operator you will be primarily responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat as well as collaborating across departments to ensure that customer delivery needs and service expectations are met. You will also be responsible for professionally and efficiently resolving customer issues while maintaining a high level of service and support.
