Key Account Manager | Rare Diseases | WA/SA
Join Recordati, a passionate group dedicated to improving the lives of patients with Rare Diseases. We are building a new national commercial team for two innovative therapies in Australia, and we are seeking a Key Account Manager to join us.
As a KAM, reporting to the Rare Disease Lead, your responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders involved in treating rare diseases
2. Developing and executing strategic business plans
3. Launching and developing new products
4. Applying clinical evidence to support your brand
5. Collaborating with your national team and cross-functional stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong commercial acumen and experience with multichannel engagement
* A curious, proactive learner and a natural leader
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage ambiguity and execute strategic projects
* Excellent communication skills and cross-functional navigation
* Resourcefulness in a small-business environment
* Proven hospital key account management experience
* Passion, collaboration, and team spirit
