About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Auto Detailer to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will provide high-quality, on-site vehicle detailing services directly at our clients' homes, offices, or other convenient locations. You will be assigned a company-provided van fully equipped with all necessary tools, equipment, water tanks, generators (if applicable), and premium detailing products. This role offers the opportunity to work independently in the field while delivering exceptional results that keep our customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities
* Travel to client locations using the company van to perform comprehensive mobile detailing services.
* Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, including but not limited to:
* Hand washing, clay barring, polishing, and waxing/sealing exteriors.
* Vacuuming, steam cleaning, shampooing, and conditioning interiors (seats, carpets, mats, dashboards, etc.).
* Window cleaning (inside and out), tire dressing, wheel cleaning, and engine bay detailing (as requested).
* Application of protective coatings, ceramic coatings, or other premium treatments when specified.
* Conduct pre- and post-detail vehicle inspections to identify issues, ensure quality standards are met, and document work performed.
* Maintain and organize the company van, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and inventory are properly stocked, cleaned, and in good working condition.
* Manage daily schedule, arrive on time for appointments, and communicate effectively with clients regarding services, timing, and any additional requests.
* Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
* Follow all company safety protocols, use products responsibly, and handle equipment properly to prevent damage to vehicles or injury.
* Keep accurate records of services completed, supplies used, and client feedback.
* Assist with basic van maintenance checks (fuel, water levels, equipment functionality) and report any issues promptly.
Requirements
* Valid driver's license
* Previous experience in auto detailing, car washing, or related field preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, show-room results.
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Comfortable working in a mobile environment and managing your own daily route/schedule.
* Basic knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques (or willingness to learn quickly).
