We are responsible for the end-to-end business customer experience and the delivery of acceptance capabilities to support our business clients. This role within the Customer Present Crew focuses on building solutions for our large enterprise customers with unique payment acceptance needs. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile customer projects, addressing complex business requirements and collaborating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. This is a 12-months secondment opportunity for an internal candidate, or a 12-months Maximum Term Contract opportunity for an external candidate. Do work that matters Lead and deliver the future state Enterprise terminal products and support a complex customer migration to develop better capabilities and solutions to market. Lead the end-to-end development of the product roadmap ensuring maximum output and quality from the squad. Apply domain expertise to support prioritisation and successful achievement of business and squad objectives. In this role you will lead a squad within the Customer Present Crew and manage activities such as supplier delivery governance, product compliance and lead the end to end product ownership through delivery of a defined roadmap. Specifically, you will: Manage the squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking Act as the voice of the customer and business, translating this for the squad Incorporate customer focused design thinking and analytics to inform product design and delivery Maintain a healthy prioritised Backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes Lead and develop the product roadmap, and engagement with senior stakeholders/ business units to manage the delivery of product roadmap Manage key supplier and partner relationships Negotiate supplier and partners commercials and contract arrangements Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work Lead the squad day-to-day to deliver change Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations Safely hand over new product development and capability to the run product crews and business operational teams We are looking for people who have Proven Product Owner, Product Management or Strategy experience, ideally within Acquiring, Issuing, Payments or eCommerce segments Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills A real passion for customer centric design thinking and ways of identifying opportunities for driving experience and growth Curiosity and humility for continuous learning and growth mindset Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate technology solutions into customer benefits Strong commercial acumen and the ability to prioritise effectively Ability to deliver written and verbal updates to senior executive level Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and strategically problem solve Strong collaboration with teams on work streams/ project activities end-to-end and independently manage deliverables Experience working in an agile environment advantageous Risk mindset – all CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
