Project: Large-Scale Salesforce Implementation
We are seeking two experienced Salesforce Developers to join a major Salesforce implementation project based in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact delivery with a collaborative team, developing solutions across Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-quality Salesforce solutions and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
* Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and web services; experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Azure is highly desirable.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business users, and other developers to identify improvements, solve issues, and deliver enhancements.
* Work proactively within the team, supporting others and contributing to a positive delivery culture.
* Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.
* Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and related technologies.
* Produce high-quality technical documentation, including design documents, release notes, and user guides.
* Take ownership of defect triage, investigation, resolution, and release management processes.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), with strong exposure to Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, and core Salesforce development frameworks.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
* Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or other relevant certifications.
* Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
* Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud and collaboration tools.
* Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
* Nice to have (not essential): Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio experience.
