The Ground Support Officer supports pilots with pre and post flight activities, managing hangar and crew facilities, coordinating aircraft refuelling, overseeing equipment and vehicle maintenance, and handling essential administrative duties. The Ground Support Officer plays a vital role in maintaining operational continuity, safety, and overall flight readiness at the base.

What You'll Do:
* Support flight crew with pre‑flight and post‑flight tasks, including aircraft cleaning, refuelling, equipment preparation, and securing aircraft.
* Maintain hangar and facility cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards.
* Manage company vehicles and base accommodation, including cleaning, basic maintenance, gardening, and monitoring consumables.
* Coordinate transport and logistics for equipment, packages, and personnel.
* Order, manage, and monitor fuel supplies in line with handling and storage requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of company equipment, resources, and stock levels across all facilities.
* Provide administrative support and liaise with suppliers and contractors as required.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience supporting flight operations, including assisting with pre‑flight and post‑flight activities.
* Ability to maintain safe hangar and base facilities, including managing consumable stock levels.
* Competence in maintaining company vehicles and base properties, including basic gardening, cleaning, and household management tasks.
* Strong organisational skills to track and manage equipment, supplies, and administrative records effectively.
* Experience providing transport services for personnel and handling deliveries of gear, equipment, or packages.
* Ability to liaise with third parties for operational requirements.
* Basic administrative skills to support operational and logistical tasks as directed by management.
* Flexibility and willingness to undertake a range of duties while contributing to operational efficiency and safety.
