Exciting opportunity for a Retail Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy at a busy Sydney shopping centre. Manage the Marketing Coordinator and leverage their support to deliver high‐impact campaigns.
The Role:
* Craft and execute high‐impact marketing strategies that boost retailer sales and customer engagement
* Own the marketing calendar—plan, launch, and evaluate campaigns that excite and inspire
* Manage digital platforms including website, Facebook, Instagram, and monthly EDMs
* Build strong relationships with retailers, customers, and community groups
* Lead visual merchandising and activations that bring the centre to life
* Monitor performance, report on results, and continuously optimise for success
* Develop and manage budgets, liaise with agencies, and track ROI
* Support retailers with tailored marketing advice and cross‐promotional opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with business goals
* Mentor junior staff and lead with energy, creativity, and vision
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in marketing, with shopping centre marketing experience a must
* Digital savvy—comfortable with CMS, social media, and email marketing tools
* Strong communication and project management skills
* A creative mindset and a "can‐do" attitude
* Ability to thrive independently and as part of a fast‐paced team
