Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.


Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will work closely with our customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, and identify the most suitable products and services to meet their requirements.

* You will provide personalized service to customers, ensuring they receive a seamless and consistent experience every step of the way.
* You will assist customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions, ensuring all customer details are accurate and up-to-date.
* You will demonstrate our Smarter Banking options to customers, helping them make their banking simple, easy, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support.
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Identify and recommend suitable products and services to customers.
* Assist customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate Smarter Banking options to customers.

Working Hours

This role is based at our Cobram branch, however, you may be required to cover branches in Yarrawatta, Benalla, Wangaratta, or Shepparton on occasion. A driver's license and transport are essential for this role.
