We are seeking a friendly, professional and organised casual medical receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering phones and managing appointments
- Processing billing and payments
- Maintaining patient records and confidentiality
- General administration support to Doctors and Nurses
Requirements
- Previous experience within Medical practice and Best Practice experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability top multitask in a fast paced environment
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
- A caring and professional attitude
