**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Early Childhood Support Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to children with disabilities or developmental delays, individuals with disabilities, and their families.
This role is responsible for establishing strong relationships with community groups, organizations, government services, and service providers to link people to relevant resources and support.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate informal and formal assessments for children aged 0-9 years.
* Provide short-term intervention using best practice models.
* Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing NDIS plans.
**Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
