Exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Administration/ Legal Assistant
**to **join
***in a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Kew and become an integral member of their friendly, supportive and collaborative team.
Providing administrative support to the
**Property and Wills & Estates teams **your varied day will include, but not be limited to:
- opening new matters
- preparing client correspondence
- lodging and filing documents with the Court, Probates Office and other parties
- binding of wills
- preparing client invoices
- title, company and property searches
- general administration including photocopying, mail, scanning, electronic and physical file management
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have previous experience as a Administration/Legal Assistant in a Law Firm together with;
- well-developed organisational skills
- proficient MS Office skills
- strong attention to detail
- experience in Affinity PM & DM preferred, but not essential
- a positive and pro-active team attitude
