Resolve Migration is seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our team full-time.

About the Role As our Receptionist, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming experience for clients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
You'll work closely with our migration team and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Greeting clients in person and managing front-of-house reception duties Answering and directing phone calls and taking concise messages Responding to general enquiries Booking consultations and maintaining the office calendar Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing refreshments when required Processing client payments, generating and sending receipts Opening and closing of files File archiving Handling incoming and outgoing mail Data entry and filing as required Maintaining reception, meeting rooms and shared office areas Providing administrative support to migration agents and office staff About You Friendly, professional, and confident communicator Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and use initiative Comfortable using Microsoft Office Previous reception or administrative experience is highly regarded (1 – 2 years' minimum) Must have a typing speed of at least 50+ words per minute A genuine interest in helping people and contributing to a supportive team Location Robina, QLD Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm How to Apply If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to be part of a purpose-driven organisation helping people navigate their migration journey, we'd love to hear from you.
