The Role We're on the lookout for a vibrant, bubbly Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at View Sydney. You'll be the welcoming face that makes first impressions count – greeting guests with genuine warmth and making sure every stay is smooth, seamless, and special.

What You'll Do Create exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out Manage bookings and reservations with precision and care Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and positivity Support your teammates and jump in wherever needed – every shift is different!
