Your main duties will involve:
- Responding to client enhancement requests
- Collating client feedback
- Coordinating with development teams on turnaround times
- Meeting with clients on a regular basis
- Assisting the team with problem solving and troubleshooting
- Participating in and contributing to project management meetings
- Meeting US clients virtually during US business hours
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Multiple years' experience in IT Support and Application Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer-service skills and experience
