About the role
An exciting opportunity for aBusiness Development Managerto join our Sales team atMCC Perth. We are looking for ahungry, ambitious sales driven professionalready to take ownership of key accounts and aggressively grow our business.
In this role, you'll manage and expand client relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and deliver MCC's world-class premium label solutions. This is your chance to accelerate your sales career within a global organisation that values drive, innovation, and results.
In this exciting and varied role, you will:
* Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth goals.
* Manage customer call cycles to new and existing customers addressing their needs and enquiries.
* Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives. This includes track and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets.
* Monitor market trends and conduct intelligence research.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers as well as negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with our customers.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements.
* Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
About you
* Sales or Business Development experience within the packaging industry. (Previous experience in manufacturing and label manufacturing preferred)
* Experience in printing and packaging would be desirable.
* Driven by a passion for sales excellence and a strong commitment to exceeding KPIs through strategic execution and continuous performance improvement.
* Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
* Can demonstrate the ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excels in organisation & time management skills and is flexible & adaptable to changing workload.
* Must have a valid drivers license.
