Community Centre Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Community Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services and programs to the community.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement operational procedures for all activities and programs.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including compliance and reporting requirements.
* Monitor the delivery of services and programs, and make sound judgments to improve outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with the community, including community members and groups, support services, not-for-profits, government agencies, and representatives from all levels of government.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Comprehensive working knowledge of community centre/human services environments.
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
* Bachelor qualification or other relevant qualifications.
