Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer

Corrocoat Australia is a corrosion engineering company and a world leader in the production and application of high performance anti corrosion industrial coating systems that are used extensively in the Oil and Gas, Mining, Marine, Petro Chemical, Power and Infrastructure industries.

Perth based position with interstate travel to customer's site is required on a regular basis.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, create and identify business opportunities, nationally and East Coast focused, new and existing customers, to full potential and increase Corrocoat's national market share
• Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, to remain abreast of customer requirements
• Develop and foster business relationship
• Generate quotations and estimates
• Project management, co-ordinate with internal/external stakeholders to achieve project deliveries
• Preparation of tenders and documents to ensure successful project deliveries
• Achieving agreed sales, profit and growth targets

Skills and Experience

• Ability to read fabrication and technical drawings
• Technical aptitude with the ability to identify customer's technical needs with a view to providing solutions
• Project Management
• Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal
• Current Driver's licence
• Prior experience in the protective coating industry with existing contacts in the industry is desirable
