HOBAN Recruitment are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse operations for a globally known client located in Pemulwuy, NSW. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems and processes, and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information across the warehouse.

Temp to Perm opportunityMonday to Friday 9am-5pm at $35ph

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system
* Process inbound and outbound orders, including data entry and documentation
* Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
* Transport bookings
* Generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and operational performance
* Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with company procedures
* Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team

About You

* Previous experience in a warehouse administration or logistics support role - essential
* Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse management systems
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* A proactive, can-do attitude
