We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Parenting Facilitator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with families and make a positive impact on their lives.
* This role involves delivering educational programs for parents, facilitating opportunities for them to connect with each other and services, while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop effective parenting skills and confidence in meeting the needs of their children. They will also be able to facilitate opportunities for parents to connect and interact with each other, developing positive networks that support their parenting journey.
About You
* You should possess qualifications or significant experience in relevant fields such as Child Health Nursing, Midwifery, Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy, Psychology – developmental child Social Work or related areas.
• You should have demonstrated knowledge of social & emotional needs of families
• Familiarity working culturally linguistically diverse & Aboriginal family contexts would be beneficial
