About You
You will be a capable, forward-thinking leader with proven experience in Emergency Medicine and departmental management. Essential requirements include:
* MBBS or equivalent, with full registration.
* Fellowship of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine or equivalent.
* Demonstrated expertise in emergency medicine and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
* Proven ability to lead change, drive quality improvement and deliver operational results.
