About the role

If you are an Enrolled Nurse with a strong clinical skillset, a passion for the best possible client care and would like the opportunity to expand your skills working across many specialties, then we have an opportunity for you. This work would be within the dialysis unit at Coonamble Health Service.

Our rural based multidisciplinary facilities cover primary health, child and family health, community mental health and alcohol and drug services. Some facilities also offer emergency, acute care, aged care and allied health. Our rural based positions offer the opportunity to expand your skills and fast track your career through gaining a breadth of experience that takes years to achieve in larger facilities. All of this in a stimulating, inclusive and supportive workplace.

Working under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse you'll support and provide quality care for patients. You will need to communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members and importantly be an active participant in fostering our culture, lead by the values of collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment.

In a small, close-knit team you will be well supported, and your dedication will be seen and appreciated. You will be an integral member of the community, and you'll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health. What's more, you'll have the career opportunities only a large organisation such as Western NSW Local Health District with close to 90 facilities and over 7500 staff, can provide
