Job Description The Transactional Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of Transactional Team Leaders across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions. You’ll oversee the accurate and timely execution of account setups, rates maintenance, invoice processing, supplier payments, and credit control while partnering with senior stakeholders to support operational efficiency. This role will form part of the Financial Operations Leadership team and as such you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring excellence in financial governance. Key responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control teams to ensure high performance and service excellence. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices, supported by clear, documented policies and procedures. Maintain system integrity through effective account setup and ongoing maintenance. Administer and execute the annual rate review process with precision and transparency. Ensure supplier payments are made promptly and in accordance with approved payment terms. Drive efficient collections processes to minimise aged receivables and improve cash flow. Provide timely and actionable insights into cash flow forecasts, including inflows and outflows. Oversee the Homecare and NDIS claiming processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across HCA, delivering insights and updates as needed. Collaborate with Shared Services leaders to promote alignment and streamlined operations. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and support stakeholder need Let's talk about you! To be considered for this role you will have 3–5 years’ experience in an accounts or finance leadership role, strong technical and strategic finance capabilities ideally within a complex or multi-entity environment. Naturally you will be highly organised, have a high level of attention to detail and high level of communications skills – both written and verbal. Exceptional stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement will hold you in good stead for this role.
