We strive to deliver exceptional service that elevates us above our peers. We seek a skilled Event Manager to join our team.
* Diploma in Tourism or Hotel Management is required.
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Events Manager in the Luxury sector.
Responsibilities
1. Lead a high-performing team through an opening and play a key role in growing the business.
2. Develop strong relationships with guests and inspire a positive work ethic within the team.
3. Communicate effectively with all departments, manage events, rosters, venue maintenance, and financial accountability.
4. Maintain inventory controls, prepare events, and handle asset care and breakages.
5. Participate in MOD shifts and attend to duties as requested by management.
6. Ensure team members have required certifications and monitor their current status.
7. Update rosters weekly and approve time sheets daily.
8. Set a good example and perform other duties as requested.
