About The Role
As an experienced Employment Consultant, you will deliver high-quality specialist support and assistance to customers living with a disability, injury or health condition.
You will manage a caseload of customers, building rapport and establishing their skills and abilities. This will involve working closely with employers to create employment opportunities and delivering employment capacity building experiences that meet the unique needs of each customer.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in delivering person-centric services, specifically School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and Finding and Keeping a Job funded programs. You will also have a passion for improving the lives of people living with a disability.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in employment consulting or a related field.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality specialist support and assistance to customers living with a disability, injury or health condition.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employers and customers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
