What You'll Bring:
* A true storytellercaptivate guests with engaging wine and heritage narratives
* Passion for wine and a strong understanding of the winemaking process
* Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, positive professional approach
* Ability to thrive in a diverse, collaborative team environment
* Experience in a cellar door or wine industry (highly desirable)
* Confidencein fast-paced settings, working independently and as part of a team
* WSET Level 2 certification (desirable)
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation
* Knowledgeof safe food preparation and handling (desirable)
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and EDM software (desirable)
