The Role
We are seeking an experienced Emergency-trained Registered Nurse, with demonstrated leadership or emerging leadership experience, to support nursing services across multiple Urgent Care Centres.Reporting to the Regional Nurse manager in SA, with a dotted line to the National Urgent Care Nurse Manager, you will provide regional clinical leadership, ensure safe and compliant nursing care, and support workforce capability aligned with ForHealth's strategy.

Your Responsibilities
* Lead training, coaching and mentorship for Team Leaders, Urgent Care Managers and the urgent care teams (ENs, RNs, and Paramedics)
* Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted training and refreshers
* Support student placement pathways with universities and colleges
* Conduct audits and support accreditation readiness
* Ensure compliance with clinical, operational and regulatory standards
* Monitor incidents, medication safety and cold chain management
* Support workforce planning, recruitment and performance development
* Coordinate new nursing services and initiatives
* Contribute to planning, reporting and continuous improvement
* Champion workplace health and safety across sites
About You
* Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience
* Background in nursing education, mentorship or management
* Confident communicator with strong clinical judgement
What You'll Bring
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Certificate IV in Training, Assessment and Evaluation (desirable)
* Current Driver's License
* Minimum 3 years' direct clinical nursing experience
