 
        
        Key Role: Enterprise Risk Business Partner
About the Position
The opportunity to contribute to a strategically aligned organisation where this specialist advisory role shapes how we identify, assess and navigate risk. As a key influencer you will lead initiatives that promote a strong risk-aware culture across the business—delivering targeted training and empowering teams to make informed, confident decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
 * Drive the maintenance, enhancement and strategic delivery of enterprise risk business continuity and fraud and corruption control frameworks.
 * Empower the first line of defence by advising and supporting risk capability-building across the business.
 * Lead second line of defence oversight integrating with key frameworks e.g. procurement project management and delivering risk assurance and reporting to Executive and governance bodies.
 * Act as a trusted business partner—provide expert advice challenge decisions through a risk and compliance lens and collaborate with stakeholders to align Integrity & Risk systems with business goals.
 * Champion a risk-aware culture through engaging communication coaching training and workshop facilitation.
About You
About You To succeed in this role you'll have relevant tertiary qualifications or specialist certification in risk plus extensive experience in governance areas such as risk business continuity compliance fraud control audit consulting or project management.
 * Proven experience in governance risk audit and internal controls applying modern methodologies and best practices.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven track record of building meaningful engaging business relationships.
 * Advanced analytical skills with experience in evaluating and enhancing risk and business continuity systems including providing expert guidance and coaching.
 * Experience with risk management and business continuity software desirable.
