An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing across a growing retail and mixed‑use portfolio.
Working closely with senior leadership, leasing and operations teams, you will drive customer engagement, digital performance and commercial outcomes across multiple assets.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands‑on campaign delivery and analytical capability, with a key focus on customer insights, campaign performance and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver annual marketing strategies and campaigns across a multi‑site retail portfolio
* Manage marketing budgets, campaign ROI and performance reporting
* Analyse customer behaviour, visitation trends and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve engagement outcomes
* Produce clear and actionable reporting to support strategic business decisions
* Oversee digital marketing activity including social media, websites, EDMs and digital advertising
* Lead centre campaigns, activations, acquisitions and rebranding projects
* Manage external agencies, PR, media and production partners
* Prepare media releases, stakeholder communications and corporate messaging
* Partner closely with leasing and operations teams to support centre performance and retailer engagement
* Deliver marketing support across greenfield developments and new projects
* Lead, mentor and manage two direct reports
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within retail property or shopping centre marketing preferred but not essential
* Strong strategic and analytical marketing capability
* Ability to interpret customer insights, campaign data and market trends to influence business outcomes
* Experience managing multi‑site campaigns, budgets and stakeholders
* Strong digital marketing and customer engagement experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to balance strategy with hands‑on campaign execution
